项目建设是经济发展的生命线。为全面推进项目建设，青岛高新区聚焦企业全生命周期服务，不断优化审批流程，探索政务服务新模式。去年推出的“承诺即开工”服务模式覆盖率全省领先，实现除高危产品生产储存以外的所有建筑项目类型100%覆盖。今年以来，青岛高新区在全省首创工程验收备案“一企一证”。审批提速的背后是数字化服务的加持，青岛高新区扎实开展政务服务数字化建设，用“智能”数字技术为政务服务提速增效。目前，高新区“10分钟”政务服务圈覆盖率全市领先。

Project construction is the lifeline of economic development. In order to comprehensively promote project construction, Qingdao High-tech Zone focuses on whole-process enterprise services, continuously optimizes approval process, and explores the new mode of government services. The coverage of “Commitment & Start” service mode is leading in the province, with 100% coverage of all types of construction projects except the production and storage of high-risk products. This year, the zone initiates engineering acceptance filing mode of “one integrated certificate”. Behind the speed of approval is the digitalization of services. The zone has been implementing the digitalization of government services, improving the service efficiency and quality with “smart” digital technologies. At present, the coverage of “10 minutes” government service circle of the zone is leading in the city.
