城南河（橡胶坝至龙王庙）治理项目绩效重点评价圆满完成

　　为规范和加强财政资金支出管理，提高财政资金使用效益，进一步提升财政支出政策的科学性、效率性，今年，市财政局会同市水务局及有关中介机构对城南河（橡胶坝至龙王庙）治理项目开展了重点绩效评价工作。本次绩效重点评价依据现场采集的项目基础数据、收集的评价相关资料及问卷调查信息，运用成本法、因素法、比较分析法等评价方法，综合评价项目绩效，并在此基础上，拓展延伸对城市河道治理的财政支出政策进行绩效评价。近期，该项工作圆满完成，项目绩效评价得分为92.8分，评价等级为“优”。
