高新双语岛丨The Zone Recruited 20 Business Environment Observers

为更好服务市场主体，健全畅通有效的政企沟通机制，近日，青岛高新区印发《青岛高新区营商环境观察员工作制度》，并从区内社会各界代表中，选聘营商环境观察员20名，组建起首批营商环境观察员队伍，拓宽社会监督渠道，推动营商环境优化工作实现新突破。

In order to better serve the market players and improve the  communication mechanism between government and enterprises, Qingdao High-tech Zone recently issued Business Environment Observer System of Qingdao High-tech Zone and recruited 20 business environment observers from all walks of life in the zone, forming the first batch of observers to broaden the social supervision channels and make a new breakthrough on the optimization of business environment.

下一步，青岛高新区将定期组织营商环境观察员，通过政务服务开放日、座谈沙龙等方式，围绕企业服务、项目建设等重点领域开展活动，加快建立“真实感知、及时发现、快速响应、高效处置”的闭环管理工作机制，推动形成政企良性互动格局，加快打造一流营商环境。
