高新双语岛丨Accelerating to Be a World-class High-Tech Park

青岛高新区在全国首创“高新贷”（针对科技型企业提供的无抵押无担保类纯信用贷款），已为50家企业贷款1.85亿元；新增科技支行3家，设立3亿元天使母基金和10亿元的产业发展基金，参股子基金达17只，规模40亿元，增长33%；聚焦“三年集聚十万人才”目标，出台“人才特区”新政，打造教育无忧、安居无忧、生活无忧品牌，高层次人才、户籍人口加速涌入态势明显，科研助理岗开发工作获科技部发文表扬、省科技厅通报表彰。

Qingdao High-tech Zone is the first in China to introduce the “High-tech Loan” policy (unsecured credit loans for  technology-based enterprises), which has provided loans of 185 million yuan for 50 enterprises. 3 sci-tech bank sub-branches,  an angel FOF of 300 million yuan and an industrial development fund of 1 billion yuan have been newly established. In addition, the zone has participated in 17 sub-funds with a scale of 4 billion yuan, increasing by 33%. Focusing on the goal of “gathering 100,000 talents in three years”, the new policy of “Talent Special Zone” has been introduced to build the worry-free brand of education, housing and living, which has accelerated the influx of high-level talent and household population. The development work of research assistant posts  was commended by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Science & Technology Department of Shandong Province.
