今年以来，青岛高新区以企业发展为导向，持续优化营商环境。不断完善审批电子系统，增设外资合伙企业、外资股份有限公司等企业类型，全力营造内外资企业一视同仁的服务环境。持续打造“10分钟”政务服务圈，切实解决企业群众办事“最后一公里”难题。优化营商环境不仅有速度，更有温度。为保障园区重要商服项目按时开业，高新区优化营商环境专班的业务骨干靠前服务召开专题“问需会”，为300余家企业量身定制审批方案，开通注册专用地址库，开辟审批绿色通道，为项目运营提供有力支持。

Since this year, Qingdao High-tech Zone has kept optimizing the business environment with the orientation of enterprise development. The electronic approval system has been improved with types of enterprises such as foreign-funded partnership companies and foreign-funded joint-stock companies added, to create a service environment in which domestic and foreign-funded enterprises are equally treated. Besides, a “10-minute” government service circle has been set up to get through the “the last kilometer” for enterprises and the public. The zone optimizes the business environment not only with efficiency but also with warmth. In order to ensure the important business service projects open on time, the team of business environment optimization specially held meetings for more than 300 enterprises to customize approval program, and opened special registration address library and green channel for approval to provide strong support for the projects’ operation.
